Class timetable 

On this page you’ll find details of the classes that are available either live, online or are offered as a hybrid class.  

Please contact Kate before attending any of the sessions to check that they are running and suitable for you.  A health form must be completed at least 24 hours before attending your first session.

Monday

6.00-7.00PM Wonder Woman Workout – online

All over body workout for fabulous midlife women. Class takes place in standing. We do interval based training to get your heart working with options to increase or decrease intensity so that you work at a level that’s right for you.  The class also has resistance training using weights/band/tins of beans as it’s important to keep our muscles toned so that we can stay fabulous into midlife and beyond.  Monthly or PAYG

Tuesday

9.30-10.30AM – Mixed pilates class* – online

Suitable for those with some experience of pilates and returners. Monthly or PAYG

11.00-11.30AM – Seated exercise class – Eyres Monsell Club for Young People, Whitteney Drive South, Leicester, LE2 9AQ

6.30-7.30PM – Ladies only pilates class* – Christchurch, 105 Clarendon Park Road, Leicester – Hybrid class. Working on improving strength, balance and mobility as well as empowering women to look after themselves.  This class is block booking and follows school term dates. A one off intro class is available.

7.30-8.30PM – Mixed pilates class* – Christchurch, 105 Clarendon Park Road, Leicester – Hybrid class. Balance, strength and mobility are key to helping us move and feel better.  This mixed class is a great way to have some time out alone or with your partner and work on getting stronger so that you can enjoy doing what you love from walking to horse riding or golf to gardening or better yet feel and move better for life.  This class is block booking and follows school term dates. A one off intro class is available.

Wednesday

10.00-11.00AM Spinecare pilates class – South Wigston Congregational Hall, 148 Blaby Road, South Wigston. This class is for people who may have some injuries or issues and want to get on with enjoying life or you may have been advised by your physio/osteo/GP to ‘do pilates’ and aren’t sure what that means!  This is the place for you 😊 I believe in making the classes enjoyable and fit for everyday life whether that’s bowls, gardening, playing with the kids/grandkids or to keep yourself as fit and active. This class is block booking and follows school term dates. A one off intro class is available.

11.15-12.15 Tai Chi South Wigston Congregational Hall, 148 Blaby Road, South Wigston. A fabulous class to help you become stronger and move with more ease.  This class can be done in seated or standing.  Great for mental and physical wellbeing.  It is a block booked class and can be joined at any point in the block.  Next dates 20/07-17/08

Thursday

10.00-11.00AM – Healthy Hearts class* – online. All over body workout to keep your heart and muscles tip top. The class combines interval training or low impact aerobics with resistance work using weights, resistance bands or tins of beans depending on what you have at home.  All of the exercises are adapted so that you can work at the level that’s right for you.  The class takes place in standing. Monthly or PAYG

11.30-12.00PM – Seated Exercise classSt Paul’s Church, Hamble Road, Oadby

Friday

10.00-11.00AM – Mixed pilates class*, Hybrid session. South Wigston Congregational Hall, 148 Blaby Road, South Wigston. This class is suitable for those with some experience of pilates.  Monthly or PAYG

Important Information

Please contact me to book your first class at least 24 hours before the session time.

Wonder Woman, Healthy Hearts and all pilates classes must be pre-booked and paid for.  

You will require your own mat, block, band and spiky ball for pilates classes (after your intro class).  

Please complete the health form when booking your first class.  A payment link will be sent to you

Classes with a * are recorded and available on catch up on monthly/block payment plans

1:1 pilates sessions are also available, please contact Kate to discuss

Kate Wilson

I’ve been teaching fitness classes for over 17 years and love what I do.  I took up pilates to help with my own back issues and love helping others to resolve theirs.  My fitness classes are to help keep everyone as fit and well as possible and to have fun.  I’m also partial to funky leggings 🤩

I’m also passionate about helping women aged 40+ to have their best midlife and a positive menopause through exercise, education and finding the joy in life which I do through my group Wonder Women programme or if you’re ready to go deeper as a 1:1 VIP Wonder Woman 🦸‍♀️  Check out my webpage for more information
