I recognise that we’re living in anxious times and as the world starts to move forwards to it’s ‘new normal’ things may seem a little daunting.

This is the time to build your resilience, to understand what’s causing your anxiety and to learn self-help strategies.

Anxiety is part of everyday life, we need a certain level to operate to get us going.  Those butterflies in our tummies when we’re excited, as well as that churning when we’re a little scared!  BUT, our brains don’t know the difference, it’s our interpretation of the event that our brain uses that tells us how we’re feeling.
