Class Timetable January 2025
On this page you’ll find details of the classes that are available either live, online or are offered as a hybrid class.
Please contact Kate before attending any of the sessions to check that they are running and suitable for you. A health form must be completed at least 24 hours before attending your first session.
Monday
6.00-7.00PM Wonder Woman Workout – online –
All over body workout for fabulous midlife women. Class takes place in standing. We do interval based training to get your heart working with options to increase or decrease intensity so that you work at a level that’s right for you. The class also has resistance training using weights/band/tins of beans as it’s important to keep our muscles toned so that we can stay fabulous into midlife and beyond. Monthly or PAYG
Tuesday
9.30-10.30AM – Mixed pilates class* – online
Suitable for those with some experience of pilates and returners. Monthly or PAYG
11.00-11.30AM – Seated exercise class – Eyres Monsell Club for Young People, Whitteney Drive South, Leicester, LE2 9AQ. Β£2.00 payable to the centre
6.00-7.00PM – Mixed Pilates Class – 7 Jan – 8 April (Half term 18 Feb). Mixed ability class available face2face and online. This is a block booked class, please contact Kate for more details. Christchurch, 105A Clarendon Park Road, Leicester, LE2 3AH

10.00-11.00AM Pilates Class – 8 Jan – 9 April (Half term 19 Feb). Mixed ability small group class. Block booked class following school term dates. Pre-booking is essential.
11.15-12.15PM Tai chi Qigong – a fabulous class to help you improve your balance and co-ordination and maybe your confidence if you’re finding day to day tasks a little challenging. Maybe your new to exercise and don’t know where to start, maybe you’re a returner who is looking for a an hour of moving meditation. These classes are great for both mental and physical wellbeing and you can make it your class so in either seated or standing. PAYG or monthly payments. No class 19 Feb (Half term).
Thursday
10.00-11.00AM – Tai chi Qigong – Oadby Youth Centre (Boys Club), 42 Wigston Road, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5QB. Discover the benefits of tai chi in helping to improve strength and balance. A meditation in motion as you spend an hour of you time moving with purpose and improving your sense of wellbeing. PAYG or monthly payments.
11.30-12.00PM – Seated Exercise class, St Paul’s Church, Hamble Road, Oadby. Β£2
Friday
10.00-11.00AM – Mixed pilates class*, Hybrid session. South Wigston Congregational Hall, 148 Blaby Road, South Wigston. This class is suitable for those with some experience of pilates. Monthly or PAYG.
Important Information
Please contact me to book your first class at least 24 hours before the session time. it’s always worth checking that the class is on the week you want to come, so get in touch beforehand (at least a couple of hours).
Wonder Woman and all pilates classes must be pre-booked and paid for.
You will require your own mat, block, band and spiky ball for pilates classes (after your intro class).
